This position is customer facing and will require strong interpersonal
skills to manage the implementation of the ClaimVantage product suite. Your
responsibilities will include working with the customer to develop requirements,
implement the business solution and provide training for the business user community.
You may be called upon to lead requirement gathering workshops.
ClaimVantage always work in partnership with the customer to identify and solve
complex business problems. Your job would be a key factor, as ClaimVantage see
the role of the Business Consultant as the critical interface between the customer
and the design team.
- Detailed working knowledge of the claim process is a pre-requisite.
- Experience with Disability, LTC and Life claims would be an advantage.
- Pre-sales presentations and demonstrations skills will be required working
with the sales team to prepare scenarios for customers and/or prospects.
- Working with a design and development team to ensure best business practice
is delivered as part of the ClaimVantage product suite.
- Good writing skills are necessary to complete RFI/RFP requirement documents.
- Knowledge of Use Case (or similar methodology) for the requirements phase
of an implementation would be an advantage.
- Clear understanding of the claims process where you will be able to provide
leadership in best practice for Claims Departments.
