The ClaimVantage strategy to deliver the Product Suite is to partner with professional services companies. This approach allows ClaimVantage to target local and international markets with partners that know their market and have the experience in dealing with local business issues. These can range from experience with local insurance carriers, understanding the business requirements for regulatory requirements and supporting local consulting rates.

ClaimVantage are focused on building a world class claims management system for the Life & Health market. While we focus on the Product Suite and integration strategies to support complex technical infrastructure we work with partners who do the heavy lifting. These services will include the following; Project Management and Governance, Technical Consulting, Business Consulting and data conversation.

ClaimVantage will allocate business and technical resources for each project to ensure that the right skills are available to support the delivery of the Product Suite. This approach ensures that customer requirements are identified: documented and communicated to the Development Team via Confluence. Confluence is an enterprise wiki that makes it easy for both teams to collaborate and share knowledge.

Open Technologies is a very important to support our partner strategy. The tool set used to develop and deliver the ClaimVantage Product Suite is based on Open Technologies that are available to both partners and customers. There are significant benefits to this approach, access and documentation, reduced training and a lower cost model to support the partnership.

ClaimVantage use a knowledgebase to support both partners and customers. Partners will have access to Confluence via the Web to access ClaimVantage product documentation, technical bulletins and product updates.

This partnership model works well with product companies that do not have a professional services division. In our experience over many years in the software business we have found that product companies that build, deliver and support their product suite are better focused on the product rather than the range of professional services that are required to deliver a complex product implementation.
