The product suite is designed to support multiple claim types on one claim system and is based on the ACORD standard. This flexible structure, configured by the customer, provides a holistic view of the claimant and any associated claims. This view of the claimant can provide early intervention opportunities to change medications, treatments or introduce a wellness programs to improve the health of the claimant, and possibly prevent a longer term claim. This capability can reduce claim incidence and ongoing claim costs.

The ClaimVantage product suite delivers standard business components that match the claim process business flow in a claim department. While each company has different business processes, ClaimVantage understands the need to provide a flexible User Interface that can be configured by the customer. To meet this need ClaimVantage has delivered a set of Management Tools to modify screen layout, hiding data fields, turning on data fields, and setting mandatory data fields.
