Claims Survey Report

ClaimVantage, in conjunction with JHA, surveyed industry leading insurance companies and Third Party Administrators (TPA’s) on their claims management systems.

Not only were we able to learn more about the challenges disability claims industry faces regularly, we also learned how a claims management system should assist in successfully managing Claim Operations with a cost effective platform.

Some of the key findings include:

  • 41% of respondents use a combination of legacy and vendor solutions
  • 70% of respondents have semi-automated payment systems
  • Only 30% of the respondents can react to immediate product changes
  • 59% of respondents do not use imaging technology
