The ClaimVantage Product Suite has been integrated with the JBoss jBPM workflow system.
This provides automated business process implementation within the ClaimVantage Product Suite.
The workflow system provides the engine that drives the business workflow processes while the
ClaimVantage system delivers the power of workflow directly to the desktops for maximum efficiency.
The JBoss Rules engine also has been integrated into the ClaimVantage Product Suite to provide
flexible business rules engine functionality without added complexity. Through the use of the
Rules engine business logic can be developed and stored outside the ClaimVantage product suite.
This allows the modification of the business logic without modifying the underlying source code
of the ClaimVantage system.
ClaimVantage does not believe in rebuilding existing open software components like workflow and rules
when it comes to providing business functionality. ClaimVantage believes that by using open technology
and commercial software products we provide our customers with a flexible technology platform to deliver
world-class claims management systems.
Our customers benefit with a product that reduces the cost of ownership and allows you to choose software components that best meet your technical architecture requirements. Customers are free to replace the workflow and rules engines provided in the ClaimVantage suite with the workflow and rules engines of their own choosing.
The Open Technology components of the ClaimVantage Product Suite are provided to our customers at no additional license cost
for the use of these products. Open Technology products used by ClaimVantage can also be used with other systems and
not just ClaimVantage products. This allows the flexibility of integrating these products horizontally across
multiple business applications within the customerÕs system environment.
